Giving complete freedom to design any app was very exciting. This was a group project, and my partner and I decided to make an app for tea and astrology lovers. And that's how the name came to be Astrolotea. The hardest part about designing an app was knowing what it needs to include, whether it is user-friendly, and whether people want to download it.
Sketches
Each step took trial and error. We first needed to look at the competition and see what had been done and what would set our app apart. The audience we intended for this app is tea and astrology enthusiasts, with no specific age or gender. The app allows users to create a profile to learn more about teas and what teas are related to their astrology signs. Features include a health section, a camera to scan teas and learn more about them; the camera can also scan the stars to find constellations, a timer to know how long to stew your tea bag, and a daily tea recommendation.
